Not useful, esp. when places post 30 or 40 mph zones and it is a high traffic zone which allows higher speeds (which ppl will drive). Area appropriate speed limits would make it better for motorists, but will not bring the revenue small towns want.

This was actually NOT Danzell, but those who took over after him. Isn't this what most of the people on here want - privatization of government functions? Most people on here always seem to be saying "get government out of this, out of that - let private industry handle it!" Be careful what you wish for....

Photo radar was set up in one place here and caught a driver several times over the course of the morning and he got several tickets but at the time, nobody stopped him from speeding. How does that improve safety in the here and now?
