They announced that they were likely to have rolling blackouts. Most of the rolling blackouts were cancelled when people voluntarily cut back on power usage.

The people of Japan are very resilient and have survived much worse. In this time of devastation the world will see what an orderly, organized, methodical people the Japanese are. The rest of the world needs to offer their help.

The lesson here is that mother earth rules... Don't think you can build anything to beat her... Lets hope the people of Japan are able to survive this...
